Yoga Classes

All classes are held in my space at Corazon Holistic Health. The address is 1631 Main Street, Columbia, SC.

Corazon has front and back door access. Some parking is available behind the the studio in their parking lot or you can opt to park in the Assembly and Taylor garage. Here is a link to help you locate the parking near the back door entrance.

No pre-registration is needed to attend classes. Mats, blocks, and straps are available for your use.

Class Pricing:
$15 Drop-In
$50 4-class pass (expires 30 days after the first class is taken)

Private Yoga Pricing:
$75 per 1-hour session
$300 for 5-private session package

Basic Yoga

Basic Yoga is an all-levels class designed for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners who want to refine their practice. This class will focus on teaching the shapes and general alignment of basic yoga poses and variations of sun salutations. Breathwork and meditation will round out this yoga practice.

Breathe, Roll, and Reset 

This Yoga Tune Up® style class guides you through breathwork, myofascial self-massage using therapy balls, and deep stretching to help you improve whole body mobility, strength, and nervous system resilience. Each class helps you become more familiar with your body, and personal body blind spots, giving you the confidence to use the techniques and skills you learn to alleviate pain, reduce stress and avoid injury. This class is suitable for all levels of students. 

Align and Flow

Align and Flow is an all-levels alignment-based class that synchronizes movement with breath to sweetly open the body. Each class will begin with a brief period of centering followed by an active warm-up. The class will then progress to include sections of vinyasa flow with longer held poses, creating an opportunity to go deeper in a pose and cultivate more awareness within it. Class will end with a period of deep relaxation.

Gentle Yoga and Meditation on Zoom

This class consists of approximately 40 minutes of gentle movement followed by guided meditation and deep relaxation. Zoom codes will be sent to your email address. YOU MUST PURCHASE THE CLASS AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE IT STARTS TO ENSURE YOU GET THE ZOOM CODE. 

Yoga for Core Strength

This class will begin with Pilates-inspired strengthening exercises designed to connect you to your core and create stability in your body. From a strong, warmed up core, you will move into deeper stretches. Class will end with sweet deep relaxation.. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga students.
